A SaaS product is built for thousands of companies, with features you'll never use and missing the ones you actually need. A custom tool fits your real workflow, costs nothing per seat after delivery, and you own it forever. Custom makes sense when your process is genuinely yours.
Do I own the tool and the code?
Yes. Full ownership of the source code, the database structure, and any custom logic built. Hosted under your account so you stay in control of access and data.
How many users can the tool handle?
Standard and Premium packages are built to handle teams comfortably, from 5 users up to several hundred. Basic is sized for small teams or single-user setups. If you expect heavy usage right away, start at Standard.
Can my team edit data and add records, or is it just a view?
The tool is fully functional, not a read-only dashboard. Your team can create, edit, and delete records based on their permission level. Role-based access is included in Standard and Premium so different users see different things.
Will the tool work on mobile or just desktop?
Both. Internal tools default to desktop because that's where the real work happens, but every screen is mobile-responsive so your team can access it on the go. Push notifications are available as a paid extra if you need mobile alerts.
What if my data is sensitive?
Sensitive data stays in your hosting account, behind your authentication. I don't retain copies after delivery. If you have specific compliance needs (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC), mention them before ordering so we can scope the build properly.
Can you connect this to tools we already use?
Yes. Common integrations like Google Sheets, Slack, email APIs, and OAuth login are part of the standard build. Custom integrations with internal company APIs are scoped per project. Mention what you need before ordering.
What happens if my needs grow over time?
The tool is built to grow with you. New features, new views, and new integrations can be added later. After delivery, you'll get 30 days of support included for fixes and small tweaks. For larger ongoing development, message me about a retainer.
