I work across WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, and Divi so whatever your site runs on, I clean it properly, not just run a plugin scan.

FAQ
Do I need to give you my WordPress admin and hosting login?
Yes, I need WordPress admin access and either hosting cPanel or FTP/SFTP access to scan and clean files and the database directly. I only use this access for the agreed work and recommend changing your passwords once the job is delivered.
My site is suspended by my hosting company, can you still help?
Yes. Message me first with your hosting provider name and the suspension notice, I can usually get it reactivated once the malware is confirmed removed, but the process depends on your host.
Will the malware come back after you clean it?
Not if the entry point (the vulnerability) is patched, which is why hardening is included in every package. If you skip hardening, reinfection risk stays high, this is the #1 reason cheap "$5 malware removal" gigs fail long-term.
How do I know my site is actually infected and not just showing an error?
Common real signs: Google Search Console "Security Issues" warning, your browser or antivirus blocking the site, unexpected redirects to other websites, spam pages showing up in Google search results for your domain, or your host emailing you about abuse/suspension.
Can you guarantee Google will remove the blacklist warning?
I submit the official review request to Google Search Console after cleanup, which is the correct process — but Google, not me, controls the review timeline (usually 24 hours to a few days). I'll make sure the request is submitted correctly and promptly.
What if you find something bigger than expected once you start?
I'll message you immediately with what I found and what it would take to fix it before doing any extra work — no surprise charges.
