Do you guarantee high availability?
No. I can implement a failover design within scope, but HA requires redundant infrastructure and agreed failure tests.
Can you migrate a live carrier route?
Yes, through a custom offer with a maintenance window, rollback plan, and buyer-controlled carrier coordination.
Is load testing included?
Only safe, bounded lab validation. Production load testing is excluded unless separately approved and isolated.
