What types of businesses do you work with?
I primarily work with small and growing businesses that need experienced technology guidance without maintaining a large internal IT organization.
Do I need to know exactly what my technology problem is?
No. You may know something is inefficient, difficult to manage, unreliable, or simply not working as well as it should. Part of the assessment is helping identify the underlying problem and the best next steps.
What can you review?
I can review business applications, workflows, integrations, databases, reporting processes, automation opportunities, technology projects, vendor solutions, and general technology architecture.
Can you help us identify opportunities to use AI?
Yes. Where appropriate, I can identify practical AI and automation opportunities. Recommendations will consider business value, workflow fit, security, governance, and the need for human oversight.
Will you implement the recommendations?
Implementation is not included in this Gig. If you would like NimbleWorks Tech to help with integration, automation, application development, project rescue, or implementation, we can scope that as a separate project.
Will you need access to our systems?
Not necessarily. Many assessments can begin with interviews, screenshots, process documentation, system lists, and demonstrations. If deeper access would be useful, we will discuss what is appropriate before proceeding.
Is this a cybersecurity audit?
No. I may identify obvious technology, access, governance, backup, or operational risks during the assessment, but this Gig is not a penetration test, formal security audit, or compliance certification.
What will I receive at the end?
That depends on your package. Deliverables may include a findings summary, prioritized recommendations, identified risks and opportunities, and a 30- or 90-day technology roadmap.
Can you review a technology project that is already underway?
Yes. If a project is struggling, delayed, unclear, or over budget, I can include project delivery, scope, dependencies, vendors, risks, and technical direction in the assessment. For a deeper recovery engagement, the separate NimbleWorks Project Rescue Gig will be a better fit.
Should I contact you before ordering?
For Standard or Premium assessments, messaging me through Fiverr first is helpful if you have a complex environment or are unsure which package fits your needs.
