I will audit your klaviyo lifecycle and create a retention action plan

About this gig
Your first-time customers should have a clear reason to return. If your email activity feels busy but the next retention step is unclear, start with a focused Klaviyo diagnostic.
For one ecommerce store, I review 10 lifecycle dimensions using the customer journey, existing flows, segments and available repeat-purchase evidence.
You receive:
- A lifecycle scorecard with evidence and uncertainty clearly marked
- Three priority retention gaps, ranked by impact and effort
- A 30-day action plan and concise executive summary
Two-day delivery begins after complete requirements and agreed access are supplied. One clarification revision is included within the original scope.
This package covers diagnosis and planning. Flow builds, email design, campaign sends and implementation require separate scope. No revenue increase is guaranteed.
My portfolio contains independent demonstrations of lifecycle strategy, copy and QA. Agencies can use the findings as a practical brief for their team.
Message me with your store and retention question to confirm fit.

FAQ
Will you implement the changes?
This package delivers a diagnostic, scorecard and action plan. Flow builds, design and account changes require a separate agreed scope.
Do you need account access?
Read-only access is useful, but relevant screenshots and aggregate reports may be sufficient. I identify findings that cannot be validated with the evidence supplied. Never send passwords.
Can you guarantee more revenue?
No. The diagnostic identifies opportunities and tests. Commercial results depend on the store, audience, execution and measurement.
When does delivery start and what does a revision cover?
The two-day delivery window begins after complete requirements and agreed access are supplied. One revision clarifies findings within the original scope.
Are your portfolio samples paid-client case studies?
No. They are independent demonstrations of my lifecycle strategy, copy and QA approach. They do not claim paid-client results.
