My position with ROCCUS MEDIA involved navigating the legal challenges of a creative business where advertising, digital communications, content production, and commercial partnerships frequently overlapped. I provided legal guidance to protect the company's business interests while allowing creative teams to pursue new projects and media opportunities. An important aspect of my work concerned the commercial use of creative material. I examined ownership and licensing arrangements involving photographs, videos, graphics, written content, music, trademarks, and commissioned productions. Particular attention was given to ensuring that clients and collaborators received clearly defined usage rights without compromising valuable intellectual property. Relationships with advertisers, agencies, content creators, production specialists, and digital platforms required carefully negotiated terms. I addressed compensation, campaign deliverables, approval procedures, exclusivity, confidentiality, intellectual property transfers, and contractual responsibilities when projects changed or failed to meet expectations. Beyond commercial agreements, I evaluated legal concerns surrounding promotional campaigns, influencer marketing, sponsored publications, consumer representations, privacy obligations, and online advertising practices. I also advised on the handling of confidential client information and the appropriate use of third party materials in public communications. When disputes emerged over unpaid services, creative ownership, unauthorized publication, contractual performance, or reputational concerns, I assessed the relevant evidence and developed suitable legal responses. My involvement enabled ROCCUS MEDIA to safeguard its creative assets, manage commercial disagreements, and maintain greater control over the legal consequences of its media activities.
