As a Data Analyst at Dhaka Pacific Ltd, I work closely with data to help the company understand what is really happening in the business. My job is not just about numbers, but about turning data into meaningful insights that support better decisions. On a regular basis, I collect data from different departments such as sales, production, inventory, and finance. Since raw data is often messy, I clean and organize it to make sure it is accurate and reliable before analysis. I analyze this data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement. To make the findings easy to understand, I prepare reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI, so management can quickly see the overall performance. I also support different teams by answering data-related questions and providing insights that help them plan better and improve efficiency. Sometimes, I perform ad-hoc analysis based on urgent management requests. Overall, my role is to bridge the gap between data and business, helping the organization make informed, data-driven decisions.
