I build an n8n automation that reads new emails, uses AI to sort them into the categories you choose, and handles each category the way you want.
What it can do:
- Sort emails into categories (for example: client inquiries, invoices, job emails, security alerts, promotions, personal)
- Label emails in Gmail automatically
- Save details to a Google Sheet
- Send an alert to Discord for important emails
- Write an AI reply draft in Gmail. Drafts are never sent automatically; you review and send them yourself.
- Pull name, phone, service and budget out of client inquiry emails

FAQ
Will it send emails automatically?
By default, the AI writes a reply and saves it as a draft in your Gmail. You read it, edit it if needed, and press send. If you prefer, I can set automatic sending for specific categories. Tell me before you order and we’ll agree on it together.
Can I add more categories later?
Yes. The workflow is built so new categories can be added. Send me the category name and what should happen to those emails, and I can add it.
Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes. You can use n8n Cloud, which has paid plans, or your own self-hosted n8n, which is free software that needs your own server. If you’re unsure which suits you, message me before ordering and I’ll guide you.
What do you need from me to start?
The Gmail account to connect, your list of email categories, and whether you want a Google Sheet log and Discord alerts. I’ll walk you through giving access safely.
