It was great working with Nisha. She was flexible and tailored each class to my needs at the time- weather I was low energy, in an anxious mood, had a stomach pain, or wanted something high energy- she handled it all and knew a specific pose or breathing technique to help heal. She was punctual and easy to schedule with!
