Will the chatbot make up information?
No. It only answers from your uploaded documents. If it doesn't know the answer it says so clearly - never guesses.
Will this work on my Wordpress/Shopify site?
Yes. Any website that can add a script tag. No coding knowledge needed to install it.
Who pays for hosting and API costs?
You do - but costs are very low. Pinecone database and Groq both have free tiers that cover most small businesses. Railway is ~$5/month.
Can I add more documents after delivery?
Yes. Additional documents can be added anytime. Message me.
What file formats do you support?
PDF and TXT currently. DOCX available on request.
Do you offer a refund if I'm not happy?
