Bidding on a project and need accurate quantities before the deadline?
I'm a civil engineer and Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years on high-rise residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. I do takeoffs and estimates for general contractors and subcontractors in the US, UK and EU.

What files do you need from me?
Your PDF plan set (architectural, structural, specs and any addenda). DWG or Revit files also work. Tell me the trades or CSI divisions you need, the project location and your bid date.
Which software do you use?
Bluebeam for PDF takeoffs and colour-coded markups, Excel for the estimate, and AutoCAD or Revit when you have CAD or BIM files. I can deliver in your own Excel template.
Do you include material and labor pricing?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages. I use your unit rates or supplier quotes if you have them, otherwise current local unit costs for your area. Basic is quantities only.
Do you offer a discount for regular bidders?
Yes. Contractors who send projects every week can get a monthly package at a discounted rate. Message me with your usual project types and volume.
