About me:
I'm Nik, a licensed architect (BSc Vienna, MSc London) and co-founder of CoDe Architecture LLC (UAE) and CoDe Architecture Ltd. (Bulgaria), with 10+ years in drafting and 7+ years as a licensed architect. I convert sketches, surveys, hand-drawn plans, scanned PDFs, and 3D scans into clean AutoCAD drawings reviewed and finalized by me personally, not an automated tool.

How I work:
Every drawing includes accurate dimensions, room labels, and annotation in either Imperial or Metric units, delivered as clean, well-layered files ready for permits or presentation. Custom and bulk projects welcome pricing is negotiable for larger orders.
Delivery:
24 hours, with quick response time. Each package includes 1 revision round.
