What information should I provide for my PCB enclosure?
Please send your PCB dimensions or datasheet, connector positions, button and LED locations, and any mounting requirements. A STEP model of the board is especially helpful.
Can you design a case for a custom development board?
Yes. I can design enclosures for custom PCBs as well as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32 and similar development boards, provided accurate dimensions are available.
Will the enclosure include openings for every connector?
I can add the required openings for USB ports, power connectors, buttons, LEDs, displays and cables according to the dimensions and layout you provide.
Can you design a lid that screws shut?
Yes. Depending on your requirements, I can design a screw-fastened lid or a snap-fit closure. Please specify your preferred option before ordering.
Which files will I receive?
STL and STEP files are included according to your selected package. The STL is intended for 3D printing, while STEP supports CAD exchange and further development.
Can you accommodate wall mounting or DIN-rail mounting?
Yes, these mounting options can be included when specified. More involved mounting features may require a Standard or Premium package.
Do you design for FDM and resin printing?
I can prepare models for common FDM or resin printing workflows. Tell me which process and material you intend to use so the design can account for relevant clearances and wall thickness.
