I will build n8n automation, n8n ai agents and workflows, tested end to end

About this gig
Every new client inquiry costs you fifteen minutes of copying things between tabs before the real work starts.
I build the n8n, Make and Zapier automation that does that copying for you. The inquiry arrives, and the intake doc, the CRM record and the client folder are already made by the time you open it.
What you get:
The workflow built inside YOUR account. You own it and keep access after we finish.
A written walkthrough with screenshots, so you can change it later without me.
Validation and error handling, so a failed step tells you instead of dropping the record.
Scheduled reporting that refreshes itself (Premium).
Most automations at this price work until something breaks, then break quietly. Mine are built with the failure path first, and my portfolio shows the actual test runs where those paths fired, not just the happy path.
I connect Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, webhooks and custom APIs.
Message me before ordering with the apps involved, what should start the automation, and what should happen when it runs. You get a scope, a price and a date before you spend anything. If it is outside what I can do well, I will say so.

FAQ
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. I build inside your own automation account, which you create and control. Anything that needs a credential gets connected by you, on your side. I do not store logins or client data.
What counts as one workflow?
One trigger and the chain of steps that follows it. A form submission that creates an intake doc, a CRM record and a folder is one workflow, even at three destinations. Two separate triggers are two workflows. Ask me before ordering and I will tell you which tier covers it.
What if I do not know which platform I need?
Message me first. n8n, Make and Zapier price and behave differently at volume. I will tell you which one fits your case and why, even when it is the cheaper one.
What happens if the automation breaks later?
Standard and Premium include error handling so failures surface instead of passing silently. Premium includes 30 days of support after delivery. After that, send me a message and I will quote the fix.
Why is delivery 5 days and not 1?
I test the failure paths before I hand anything over, and I write the documentation. A one day turnaround buys you a happy path and nothing behind it.
