BASIC: two screens for one user, an item list and today's sales, with search. Hosting is not included.
STANDARD: up to four screens, one staff role, a database, and CSV export.
PREMIUM: up to six screens, two roles, one daily-close view, and setup on a host you provide.
I have built this kind of ledger for a multi-branch shop, with daily sales, inventory, and a review step. Gallery figures are sample data, not your sales volume. A full accounting system, tax reports, live shop sync, and payments are outside these packages.

The same kind of screen is in a fishery daily ledger and a photo-studio shift close. Figures in portfolio images are sample data. I confirm your fields before building. Basic is a single-user stock and sales list. A multi-store ledger, extra roles, and hosting are separate packages.

FAQ
Does this include a full ERP or accounting system?
No. Packages cover a focused inventory or sales-tracking app with agreed screens and rules. Full ERP, tax reporting and complex accounting require a separate scope.
Can it connect to my online store or point of sale?
We can assess documented integration options before ordering. Live store synchronization and point-of-sale integrations are not included in the listed packages.
Do you need to review the workflow before I order?
Yes. Share the people, screens, fields and rules involved. We agree on the package scope and acceptance checks before work starts.
What do I receive?
Source code, setup notes and the agreed features. Premium includes setup on one compatible host you provide; hosting, domain and third-party fees are separate.
What counts as a revision?
An adjustment within the agreed screens and business rules. New workflows, integrations or data migrations need a separate scope.
Are the portfolio figures measured business results?
No. The screenshots use demonstration data to show implemented features. They do not claim measured revenue, time savings or processing performance.
