FAQ
What data can the chatbot learn from?
PDFs, Word and Google Docs, Notion, your website, help center articles, spreadsheets or a database. If it holds text, the bot can use it, and it can be kept in sync as your content changes.
Will the bot make things up?
I design it to answer only from your data, with retrieval, reranking and guardrails, and to say "I don't know" when the answer isn't there. I also test it against real questions before delivery so you can see the accuracy.
What are the ongoing costs after delivery?
Only the AI provider usage (OpenAI or Anthropic) and hosting, billed to your own accounts. For most small and mid-size bots that's a few dollars to tens of dollars a month. I'll estimate it for your case before we start.
