About me
I have been doing fitness and lifting heavy weights for 4 years. By that time i have gained +25kg / 55ib. I have bachelor's degree in healthcare management, and I am MA in public healthcare. Also, I was assistant of the doctor. Now I work in clinic as manager in finances. My knowledge in medicine and experience in fitness is pretty universal for giving proper advice for healthy workout and well-balanced diet. Moreover, with fitness I also like boxing and I am amateur boxer.
