FAQ
Can customers book a table directly on the site?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a reservation form that emails each booking to you. Premium also sends your guest an automatic confirmation email. It is not a calendar system, so it doesn’t block double bookings.
Do I need to provide the menu, photos, and text?
Yes, please send them. I add them to the site for you. If you don’t have photos yet, I can use free stock images as placeholders until you’re ready.
Will the site work well on phones?
Yes. I design for phones first, then scale up to tablet and desktop, and test on small screens. Most café visitors are on mobile, so it’s a priority.
Do you set up hosting and my domain?
Yes, hosting setup is included. I deploy your site on Vercel, which is free for most small sites, and connect your domain. If you don’t own one yet, I’ll help you pick and buy it.
Can I update the menu myself later?
Menu items are stored in one simple file. I’ll show you how to edit it, or I can update it for you as an extra. Message me if you want an editable dashboard instead.
Do I own the code, and is there support after delivery?
Yes, you own 100% of the code. I also fix any bugs I introduced for 7 days after delivery, free of charge.
