How it works

- We never need bank logins or online banking access. Exported PDFs only, sent through Fiverr.
- Please redact full account numbers. We only need the last 4 digits.
- Text-based PDFs work best. Scans may need an extra.

FAQ
Do you need my bank login or online banking access?
No, never. Download your statements as PDFs from your bank and upload them in the Fiverr order. We never ask for logins, passwords, one-time codes or screen-sharing, and we don't open links to outside drives.
Which statements work?
Bank and credit card statements from most banks, in any currency, as long as you can download them as PDFs. Text-based PDFs (the kind where you can select the text) give the most accurate results. Scans and phone photos are possible with the OCR extra; unclear pages are flagged for you to confirm.
Is this bookkeeping or tax prep?
No. We extract, clean, categorize and reconcile your transaction data so it's ready for you or your bookkeeper. We don't give tax or accounting advice or decide how anything is treated for taxes. Categories are labels you can rename or change.
Can you use my own categories?
Yes. Upload your category list or chart of accounts in the order. Basic uses up to 15 categories, Standard up to 25, Premium up to 40. Anything that doesn't clearly fit goes to "Uncategorized – needs review" instead of being guessed.
How do you make sure nothing is missing?
For each statement we check that opening balance + money in − money out = closing balance to the cent, and that transaction counts match the statement. If it doesn't reconcile, we tell you exactly where before delivering.
Is my data kept private?
Files stay inside the Fiverr order and are used only for your order and handled only inside Fiverr. Please redact full account numbers (we only need the last 4 digits) and don't send passwords, card numbers or ID documents.
Is AI used?
We use software tools, including AI, to draft faster. Every delivery is edited and checked against a written checklist before it goes out. We never ask for your logins.
I'm months behind. Do you offer catch-up packages?
Yes, by custom offer: 3, 6 or 12 months of statements across up to 3 accounts, balance-checked to the cent, with a monthly summary, flagged lines and an import CSV. It's prep for your accountant or bookkeeper, not bookkeeping or tax advice. Message us with your months and accounts.
I'm a contractor or landlord. Can you sort it my way?
Yes. For trades we can use categories like materials, vehicle, tools and subcontractors. For landlords we tag each line to a property using your rules and add a per-property summary. Categories are labels you can rename; we don't decide tax treatment.
