Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please! Every Shopify theme has a unique codebase. Contacting me first allows me to perform a preliminary review of your store template and ensure we select the correct package for your specific technical requirements.
Can you fix bugs on a live Shopify store without breaking it?
Absolutely. As a professional Shopify developer, I always create a duplicate backup copy of your live theme before writing any custom Liquid, CSS, or JavaScript. Your active store traffic will experience zero disruptions or downtime while I work.
What happens if a theme update breaks your custom code?
I write clean, modular, and sectioned code that adheres strictly to Shopify's native development guidelines. This ensures your custom features remain fully compatible and won't get overridden or broken by standard theme or app updates.
What information do you need to start working on my store?
I will need staff/Collaborator access to your Shopify store with permissions limited to "Themes" and "Apps." You do not need to share your primary account password, ensuring your financial and customer data stays completely secure.
Do you offer revisions if the fix isn't exactly what I wanted?
Yes. Basic and Standard include 2 revisions, Premium includes 3. A revision is a change within the agreed scope. New features or extra pages are quoted as an extra, so you always know the price first.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or support?
Yes! If you need a developer on standby for regular theme updates, layout changes, or routine code audits, you can choose my monthly subscription option at checkout to secure a recurring technical retainer.
Do you work on Shopify Plus stores?
Yes, I work on both Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. For checkout UI extensions or Shopify Functions, message me and I'll point you to the right offer.
