How do I send you my footage?
Share a download link via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox, whichever works best for you. I'll confirm receipt and begin within 24 hours of receiving all files.
Can you match our company branding — logo, colours, and fonts?
Yes. Send me your brand kit and I'll apply it across the entire video lower thirds, name tags, intro and outro animations, all on-brand. No extra charge.
My event footage is several hours long. Can you handle it?
Yes. The Premium package covers up to 300 minutes of raw footage. For full-day events beyond that, message me first and I'll provide a custom quote based on your total footage length.
Is the music copyright-safe for YouTube and LinkedIn?
Yes. I only use fully licensed, royalty-free music. Your video will not be flagged, muted on any platform guaranteed.
Can you add subtitles or captions?
Yes. Subtitles are included in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard, they can be added for $10. Just mention it when you message me before ordering.
What format will the final video be delivered in?
MP4 (H.264) as standard — optimised for LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and web upload. Additional formats or resolutions are available on request at no extra cost.
Do you offer rush or express delivery?
