You'll need to send:

Reference and/or Description for the Character.

Reference and/or Description for the Background (if you choose the Premium option).

You'll receive:

A .PNG file, with a transparent background on the BASIC and STANDARD packages.

A .JPG and a .PNG file, with a simple, lineless background on the PREMIUM package.
