Based on the preview photos, I was expecting beautiful jewelry, but the final result and the style of the designs didn't quite match those expectations. While the communication was effective throughout the process, the ultimate outcome wasn't to my liking. I accepted the final product simply to avoid further delays, but I was hoping for a different quality.
