I help people reconnect with themselves thru intuitive guidance, embodiment, mindfulness and supportive conversation. This allows them to slow down, reconnect with themselves and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-trust and presence. My sessions offer a calm, non-judgmental space to gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, regulate emotions and reconnect with your body. Together, we’ll explore what’s present and uncover practical, grounded steps forward. My work is for personal growth and wellbeing. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support.
