Noorul was very polite and seemed knowledgeable, but missed the fundamental request I needed filled. he produced an app quickly, based on my prototype, but I needed it to work in the right hand SharePoint column and it did not. he told me that was impossible but I found a way to do it myself.

He doesn't speak English well and did not understand the requirements and was continuously asking for more money for time even before finishing his ongoing work and time contingent. He messed things up more than he helped. I really cannot recommend him for any type of job.
