I turn existing questionnaires into working Bubble applications with responsive forms, AI-generated personalized reports and clear dashboards. Do I need to have my questions ready before ordering?
Yes. I build the app around your methodology, so I need your questions and your report logic before the 7 day delivery period starts. If you are still developing your assessment content, message me first and we can discuss timing.
Are there any ongoing costs after delivery?
The app is transferred to your Bubble account, so you own it. To publish it live you need a Bubble plan, paid directly to Bubble. You also need your own AI provider account (OpenAI or similar) — usage-based and usually small. No mandatory monthly payments to me after delivery.
Do you write the assessment questions or the methodology?
No. I build the technical product: the flow, the AI analysis, the report and the dashboard. The professional content behind the assessment is yours. This is what keeps the price and the timeline predictable.
Can I edit the app myself after delivery?
Yes. It is built on Bubble and the app belongs to you. You can change questions, text and settings yourself. If you want a walkthrough, I offer a training session as an extra.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads each person's answers and writes a report specific to those answers, following the logic you provide. It is not a fixed template with a score attached. You will need your own AI provider account, or I can set one up with you.
Can you add payments, user logins or an admin area?
Yes. Stripe payments and user login are included in the Standard package. An admin area and multiple user roles are in the Premium package. For the Basic package, payments can be added as an extra.
