A property survey, topographic data, property boundaries, existing site information and your project requirements are ideal. DWG files are preferred when available.
Can you work on projects larger than 15,000 sq. ft.?
Yes. I regularly work on larger and more complex developments. Please contact me with the project information so I can review the scope and provide a custom offer.
Can you provide both site planning and grading design?
Yes. Site planning and grading can be developed together as part of a custom project scope.
Do you provide Vehicle Tracking or swept path analysis?
Yes. I can perform swept path analysis for passenger vehicles, trucks, emergency vehicles and other specified design vehicles.
Can you provide drainage design?
Yes. Drainage planning can be included depending on the project requirements and available site information.
