How it works:
1. Send me a sample transcript (or Fireflies / Otter / Granola webhook shape) and your Sheets column prefs
2. I customize the workflow, schema, and Slack/Sheets mapping
3. You import into n8n, add credentials, point your transcript source at the webhook
You need: n8n (Cloud or self-hosted), an OpenAI or Anthropic API key, and Google Sheets. Slack is included on Standard+.
Not included: live meeting bots, recorder setup, full CRM object sync, hosting.

FAQ
Do we need a Zoom/call?
No. Delivery is files only — importable n8n JSON, README, setup docs, and test payloads. Chat on Fiverr is enough.
What transcript sources work?
Any source that can POST JSON to a webhook (Fireflies, Otter, Granola, or a simple paste webhook). You provide transcript text; the workflow does the rest.
Is HubSpot included?
Sheets is the default sink on all packages. Premium adds a documented HubSpot notes path plus one revision round. Full HubSpot object sync is out of scope.
Which AI models?
OpenAI or Anthropic — you bring your own API key. The workflow ships with an editable extraction schema/prompt.
Can you build a live meeting bot?
No. This gig is post-meeting transcript → structured CRM/Sheets update. Recorders and live bots are out of scope.
EN or FR?
Both OK. Docs ship in English; I can answer in French (Quebec). Brand: notAIssue / notaissue.ca.
Where does meeting data live?
In your n8n and destinations (Sheets/Slack/HubSpot as ordered). I deliver importable JSON + docs. You add your keys. No ongoing access after delivery.
