3. Your Notarial Act MUST have notarial language included.
4. You have access to a computer and or cellphone for remote online notarization service.
5. Your document MUST be for United States use for remote online notarization service.

I MUST verify your identification before performing a notary act. I use an online remote notary website to connect with you to provide professional service. Please be prepared to connect on an online notary platform to confirm your identity and complete your notarization.
