Yes. Chrome extensions built with Manifest V3 also run in Edge, Brave, Opera and other Chromium browsers. Userscripts work in any browser with Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey.

Publishing needs your own developer account, so you upload it yourself. I deliver a ready-to-upload zip, store description and step-by-step guide to make it easy.
Do I get the full source code?
