Which package should I choose?
Quick Fix is for one small error. Standard is for up to 3 issues or one big problem like a critical error or broken checkout. Not sure? Send me a screenshot of the problem and I will tell you before you order.
Is my site safe while you work on it?
Yes. I make a full backup before I change anything, so your site can always be restored. Please remove my admin user after the order is complete.
What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin user. If the admin area does not load, I may also need hosting panel or FTP access. Please send logins only through Fiverr messages.
What if you cannot fix the problem?
I check the problem before I start. If it cannot be fixed (for example it needs the plugin developer), I tell you right away and you can cancel the order through Fiverr.
Do you work with page builders like Elementor?
Yes. Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg and most popular themes. WordPress sites only, not Shopify or Wix.
