I will do a market entry assessment for your product
Market Research Web Scraping Every Company in Your Niche
About this Gig
You will get answers to three questions before you enter a country: is the market worth it, how does it work, and who should you enter with.
The report is built from public primary data that paid market reports usually skip: public tenders, reimbursement lists, company registers, filed annual accounts and trade statistics. You get the market size by channel with a range, who sells and with what share (companies grouped by real owner, not by legal entity), the rules for market access, and a scored shortlist of partners with their financials.
Every number comes with its source and a reliability grade, and the accuracy is checked. In the Poland sample (PDF in the gallery) the contract values were compared with actual payments, tender classification was hand-checked, and market shares were tested for stability.
Best fit: medical devices, consumables and other products sold to hospitals, public buyers or B2B distributors, in countries where tenders and company accounts are public, such as Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, the Baltics and the Nordics.
Message me your product and country before ordering, and I will tell you what the public data covers there.

FAQ
Where does the data come from?
Public tenders, reimbursement lists, company registers, filed annual accounts, Eurostat trade statistics and company websites. No bought databases and no personal data.
Which countries work best?
Countries where tenders and company accounts are public: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Denmark and others. Germany, France and the Netherlands are weaker, because small companies there publish only a balance sheet. I tell you before you order.
Do you interview distributors or hold calls?
No. You send a written brief and get a written report with data tables. If you need interviews or introductions to distributors, this service is not the right fit.
How accurate is it?
Every number has a source, a reliability grade and a range. The report includes an accuracy section: what was checked, what changed, and what the data cannot see.
Will my product and plans stay confidential?
Yes. Your brief is used only for your report, and the report is yours. The Poland sample in the gallery comes from my own pilot, not from a client project.
Is the market access section legal advice?
No. It summarises the public rules for registration, reimbursement and tenders, with sources and dates. Confirm the exact steps for your product with a regulatory specialist.
