About me
Hi, I’m Nuala - a degree-qualified Nutritionist registered with the UK’s AfN & UK based.
My training began with a diploma in nutrition before completing an MSc in Clinical Nutrition at Uni of Aberdeen.
I’m the founder of The Nutritious Way (est. 2021), where I support clients through evidence-based guidance. My work is focused on gut microbiome, driven by my own experience with celiac disease.
My work covers - 1:1 nutrition guidance, blog writing, content creation for brands, wellness marketing and social media. I bring a friendly & approachable style to projects.
