Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
No. I use the Official Meta Cloud API, which is the only authorized way to build bots. As long as you follow Meta's messaging quality guidelines (which I will teach you), your number is safe.
Do I need to pay for the API?
Meta/Facebook gives you 1,000 free service conversations per month. After that, they charge a small fee per conversation (cents). You will pay this directly to Meta; I do not mark up this cost.
Can the bot answer specific questions about my business?
Yes! In the Standard & Premium packages, I use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). You upload your PDF/Docs, and the AI learns from them to answer accurately.
What do I need to get started?
You need a Facebook Business Manager account and a phone number that is not currently registered on the WhatsApp mobile app (we will register it on the API).
