Paid Media Strategy & Execution Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest. Build and manage campaigns end-to-end, including structure, targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and optimization. Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance reporting to hit KPIs (ROAS, CAC, revenue, CPL, lead volume, CVR). Lead ongoing audience and creative testing (messaging, formats, landing pages, funnel strategy). Write and manage ad copy to support performance across paid channels. Monitor and diagnose performance trends; identify opportunities to scale what’s working. Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns for our DTC websites (familiarity with Impact a plus). Partner with creative/marketing teams to develop ad concepts and provide clear performance feedback.
