FAQ
Do you work with a specific book genre?
Not at all — we love variety! Whether your story is fantasy, sci-fi, romance, thriller, children’s literature, or even non-fiction, we’ll adapt our illustration to match the tone and spirit of your book. Just let us know the vibe you're aiming for, and we’ll handle the visual storytelling.
Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
Yes, absolutely! All of our packages (except Basic) come with full commercial rights, meaning you're free to use the artwork for publishing, marketing, printing, and selling — without any additional fees or restrictions.
What do I need to prepare before ordering?
o make the process smooth and efficient, we recommend preparing the following: book title, author name, trim size/dimensions, a short description of the story or concept, and any references or inspiration you have in mind. The more you share, the better we can match your vision.
Can I get a cover that works for both eBook and print?
Definitely! Our Standard and Premium packages are designed to be flexible for both digital and print formats. We’ll provide high-resolution files tailored for Kindle, IngramSpark, Lulu, or other platforms — so you can publish with confidence.
Do you include spine and back cover in the design?
Yes — but only in the Premium package. It includes a full wraparound layout: front cover, back cover, and spine. If you're planning a printed book release, this package is your best choice. Standard focuses on the front cover only, perfect for digital releases.
Will I receive the source file for the design?
Source files (PSD, AI, or EPS) are not included in the Basic package, but they’re available in Standard and Premium upon request. These files are useful if you plan to make future edits or adapt the artwork for other formats.
Can I request revisions during the process?
Absolutely. We believe in collaboration. Major changes are welcome during the sketch phase — that’s the perfect time to refine ideas. Once we move into the coloring stage, we allow small adjustments to ensure everything looks polished.
Can you match a specific style, genre tone, or color palette?
Yes! If you have an existing style, mood board, or even just a favorite color palette, feel free to send it over. We'll interpret and adapt it into something cohesive with our illustration style, while still making it feel unique to your story.
What file formats will I receive with the final delivery?
We usually deliver high-resolution JPG and PNG (300 DPI, print-ready). For Standard and Premium packages, you can also request PSD, AI, or EPS formats. This ensures your files are compatible with any platform or print requirement.
Do you offer custom packages or bulk orders?
Yes! If you have special needs — like a book series, multiple covers, or ongoing illustration work — feel free to message us directly. We're happy to create a custom offer tailored to your timeline, creative goals, and budget. 📦 Bulk order? We offer special discounts for 2 or more covers ordered to
