FAQ
What will I receive with this gig?
You’ll receive professional architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections tailored to your needs. Depending on the package you select, you can also receive 3D views, layout detailing, and editable files (DWG, PDF, or image formats).
Can you provide 3d renderings?
Yes, I produce photorealistic renders
Can you design based on my local building codes or regulations?
Yes, if you provide the relevant codes or zoning guidelines, I can incorporate them into the design to ensure your project is aligned with local standards.
What if I don't have a clear idea of what I want yet?
No problem! I can help you develop the design from scratch. Through a few simple questions and a review of any references you have, I’ll guide you through the process and propose layouts that align with your needs and lifestyle.
Can you revise the drawings if I need changes?
Absolutely. Each package comes with a set number of revisions to make sure the design aligns with your vision. I’m happy to adjust room layouts, sizes, or features within the scope.
Can you work on both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, I can design both residential (homes, apartments) and commercial spaces (shops, offices, studios). If you have a specific type of project in mind, feel free to message me first for clarity.
Can you customize the design to suit a specific style (e.g., modern, farmhouse, minimalist)?
Yes, I tailor every design to match your preferred architectural style. Whether you’re looking for modern minimalism, a cozy farmhouse feel, or something traditional, just share your inspiration and I’ll bring it to life.
