Do I need to give you login access?
Usually no. I can complete most audits using your explanation of the workflow, screenshots, screen recordings, process documents or sample data. If access would materially improve the analysis, we can discuss the safest option first.
Which tools can you recommend?
Recommendations depend on your workflow rather than a preferred tool. Depending on the use case, options may include ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, CRM systems, APIs or custom solutions.
Will you recommend automation even when it is not worthwhile?
No. Part of the audit is identifying what should remain manual. If an automation would add unnecessary cost, complexity or risk, I will say so.
