FAQ
Do you need access to my website?
Usually yes. I need your Joomla admin login, and sometimes FTP or hosting access for file-level errors. Share it only after we agree on the work, and change the passwords when I’m done.
Will you back up my site first?
Yes. Before I change anything, I back up the files and database. If something goes wrong, we can go back to where we started.
What should I send before ordering?
Your site link, a short description or screenshot of the problem, and when it started. If there’s an error message, copy it exactly as it appears. This helps me suggest the right package.
The error started after an update. Can you fix it?
Yes, this is very common. I check the error log, find which extension, template, or PHP version caused it, then fix it or roll it back. Tell me what you updated and when.
