By initiating this gig, the Buyer agrees that none of the work produced by the Seller shall be used, directly or indirectly, to train or develop any artificial intelligence systems, algorithms, or machine learning models. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of the work in any datasets intended for AI or machine learning purposes. The Buyer further agrees not to share, sell, or distribute the work in any manner that would allow third parties to use the work for such purposes.
