FAQ
What do you need from me to start the project?
I will need administrator access to your Odoo database or Odoo.sh instance, your brand assets (logo, fonts, color hex codes), text content for your pages, and product details if you are launching an e-commerce store.
Can you customize default Odoo themes or building blocks?
Yes. I can customize default Odoo themes using HTML/CSS/QWeb templates or create tailored custom building blocks so you can easily edit your website pages using Odoo’s drag-and-drop website builder later on.
Which versions of Odoo do you support?
I work with both Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise editions. I support all major versions, including Odoo 16, 17, 18, and upcoming releases, whether hosted on Odoo.sh, self-hosted (VPS), or Odoo
Can you integrate external payment gateways and shipping providers?
Yes, I can. I will connect your Odoo e-commerce website to major payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, or Razorpay, as well as shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure seamless checkout workflows.
What happens if I encounter an error or bug after delivery?
I offer complimentary support after delivery to ensure your website and ERP sync run smoothly. If you spot any layout bugs or integration mismatches related to my work, I will fix them promptly at no extra charge.
