How does the process work once I place an order?
After you place an order, we review your brief and any files you’ve shared. If something is missing, we’ll ask a few quick questions. Then we create the first version of your design, send it for review, and adjust it based on your feedback until it matches what you had in mind.
I’m not sure which package to choose. What should I do?
If you’re confused between Basic, Standard and Premium, just send us a short message explaining what you’re promoting and how many designs you think you need. We’ll recommend the most suitable option so you don’t overpay or under-order for your campaign.
Can you match my existing brand style or previous designs?
Yes. If you already have a logo, color palette or past designs you like, we can align everything with that look. Just upload your files or screenshots and tell us what you want to keep similar and what you’d like to improve.
Can I use these designs on multiple platforms?
Yes, as long as the design size works for the platform. If you need separate versions for different placements (for example, one size for Instagram feed and another for a Facebook story), mention it upfront so we can include that in the order or suggest an extra for additional sizes.
Do you only work in English, or can you design in other languages too?
We can design in any language as long as you provide the final text clearly typed out. We don’t translate the content, but we can place and style the text you give us, even if it’s not in English.
What happens if I don’t like the first concept?
If the first version is not close to what you expected, you can explain what feels off, colors, style, layout, tone, etc. We’ll adjust the same concept or take a different direction if needed, as long as it stays within the agreed scope of the order.
Can I reuse the design layout for future posts on my own?
If you receive the source files (PSD/AI), you or your team can reuse the structure and update text or images later. If you only receive JPG/PNG, the files are still yours to use, but they can’t be edited easily without source files.
Do you also plan the content strategy or only make designs?
This gig focuses on visuals: ad creatives and social media graphics. We don’t manage full content calendars or run ad campaigns. However, if you want help with short headlines and ad texts, you can add the content writing extra and we’ll cover that part for the designs we create.
Is it possible to get a long-term or monthly arrangement with you?
Yes. If you regularly need new creatives every week or month, you can message us with an approximate volume and your budget. We can discuss a recurring setup or custom bundle that makes sense for both sides.
