What counts as a conversation step?
One bot message or screen with its buttons, such as "choose a service" or "confirm booking". A simple FAQ bot usually needs 5 to 10 steps.
What if my bot is bigger than the package?
Message me before ordering. If it needs more steps, a Telegram Mini App, a web dashboard or data from sites without an API, I'll suggest an upgrade or send a custom offer before any work starts.
Can the bot take payments?
Yes, in Premium. For example, my Web3 membership bot takes crypto payments through CryptoBot, sends an invite link and removes access when the plan ends.
Can the bot understand normal messages?
Yes, from Standard. AI can read messages like "haircut tomorrow at 6" and turn them into actions. Starter bots work with buttons.
Where will the bot run?
On your server or a small cloud host in your account. I'll help set it up and estimate the monthly cost before we start.
