Do you build inside my account or deliver a template?
Either. I can build directly in your workspace (invite me as a guest) or deliver a duplicate-ready template link.
What do you need from me to start?
A short workflow questionnaire (sent automatically after order) + any existing docs/spreadsheets. 15 minutes of your time max.
Can you set up Notion AI agents?
Yes. Personal Agent, Custom Agents, AI Meeting Notes and Skills. Custom Agents need the Notion Business plan + credits; I'll advise on keeping credit costs low.
I'm on Notion Free, can you still help?
Yes for templates, dashboards and Make/Zapier automations. Native Custom Agents require Business ($20/seat).
Can you migrate my data?
Yes — Google Sheets, Excel, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, and Notion Mail (which shuts down 22 Sep 2026 — I handle email-workflow migration to Gmail/Outlook connectors or Make).
What's a Business OS?
One connected workspace: CRM, projects, SOPs, finance, client portal and dashboards — everything linked, nothing duplicated.
Do you work with teams?
Yes: permissions, shared views, People Directory, onboarding docs, and a training call on Premium.
How do revisions work?
