I specialise in manufacturing-ready CAD for sunglasses, optical frames and prescription eyewear. I model frame fronts, temples, hinge seats and nose pads to exact tolerances, with correct wall thickness and draft so your factory or printer can use the files immediately. Deliverables include STEP, IGES and STL files for CNC, injection moulding, acetate production and SLA/FDM printing, plus technical drawings and tech packs. Using Fusion 360, SolidWorks and Inventor, I design it right the first time to avoid costly redesigns. Send your sketch and I will build it.
