Yes, we can create Expert Advisors in mt4/mt5 using ex4/ex5 file only as well. The only requirement is that the indicator should be non-repainting.
If there is any bug in the delivered EA, Then does the buyer have to pay again to correct it?
No, if there is any bug in the strategy discussed features, then there will be no extra cost for bug fixing. The cost will be quoted only for the newly requested features.
Do you convert ex4/ex5 file into mq4/mq5 files?
No, we don't provide any kind of decompilation services. We provide coding services only if the buyer can provide/ discuss the exact strategy.
