FAQ
Does this include fixes or live consultation?
No. You receive a written audit and prioritized recommendations. Suitable fixes require a separate quote after diagnosis. No live call, cost estimate or ongoing maintenance is included.
Do you need administrator access?
Basic normally uses public pages. Standard and Premium need agreed temporary access or supplied configuration records. Use the minimum necessary permissions and revoke access after delivery. Do not send personal passwords, OTPs or payment credentials.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated list of clarifications or corrections to the report within the original URL list and review scope. New pages, new issues or implementation work are additional scope.
Do you guarantee security, rankings or performance scores?
No. This is not penetration testing, malware removal, a legal compliance certification or a full SEO campaign. I record test conditions and limitations. Hosting, plugins and third-party scripts can affect performance.
How does the Premium retest work?
Your team implements changes and supplies them by day 7. I retest the same agreed scope once. If you need longer, we must agree a Fiverr extension before the deadline; the order clock does not automatically pause.
What testing and AI use are included?
One approved form is tested in Basic, up to two in Standard/Premium, using test data. No payments or destructive testing. AI may assist analysis with human review; agree restrictions before sharing confidential data. I flag tests that cannot be completed.
