Do I need my own account?
Yes. You create the account on your chosen platform and share access with me. Most platforms offer a free trial, and I will tell you which plan covers the features you ask for.
Can you add the booking page to my website?
Yes. I can add a booking button or an embedded booking page on Squarespace, Wix and WordPress. Send me a collaborator invite or website access when you order.
Can clients pay when they book?
Yes, on platforms that support it. Payment setup is in the Premium package. You connect your own payment account, such as Square, Stripe or PayPal, depending on the platform.
Will clients get automatic reminders?
Yes. I set up confirmation and reminder emails so fewer people miss appointments. Text message reminders depend on your platform and plan, so check with me before ordering.
Can you connect Zoom, Google Meet or my calendar?
Yes. I can connect Zoom, Google Meet, Google Calendar and Outlook, so booked appointments appear in your calendar with the meeting link included.
What do I need to send you after ordering?
Your services and appointment lengths, working hours and time zone, logo and brand colors, and access to your booking account and website if you want it embedded.
Can you set this up for a salon, spa or clinic?
Yes. I set up booking pages for salons, spas, clinics, coaches and tutors. For health services, you are responsible for choosing a plan that meets your privacy rules. I do not handle patient records.
Can you fix or move a booking system I already have?
I can fix settings, update services and clean up your booking page. Moving existing bookings between platforms depends on the tools involved, so message me before ordering.
How long does it take and what happens after delivery?
Delivery takes 3 to 5 days depending on the package. After delivery you test it and I make the revisions included in your package. Premium includes a short video on managing bookings.
