Is this RAG AI chatbot service right for my business?

Which package should I choose?
Basic is a RAG AI chatbot for 1 website with 20 documents. Standard adds a Claude AI agent with 2 actions, 100 documents on PostgreSQL and human approval. Premium adds 500 documents, an admin portal, audit log and Web plus WhatsApp. Not sure? Start with Basic.
How do you stop the AI chatbot from inventing answers?
The RAG chatbot answers only from your approved documents and shows the source for each answer. If the answer is not in your AI knowledge base, it says I don't know and hands over to a human instead of guessing. I test it on your real questions before handover.
Can you build a Claude AI agent that takes actions?
Yes. A Claude AI agent can do up to 2 actions in Standard and 3 in Premium, such as creating a ticket, updating a record or sending an email. Sensitive actions wait for your human approval, and in Premium every action is saved in an audit log.
How do you keep my data private and secure?
Your documents stay in your PostgreSQL database and the chatbot answers only from them. You keep ownership of your Claude and OpenAI accounts and API keys. Never share passwords or keys in chat, I work through invited access. Premium adds 2 admin roles and an audit log.
Should I use Claude or OpenAI for my AI chatbot?
Either works. Basic uses Claude or OpenAI, your choice. Premium uses both, so if one provider is down or too slow, the RAG AI agent switches to the other as a fallback. I recommend a model after testing 10 of your real questions on both.
What exactly will I receive?
Depending on package: 1 RAG AI chatbot on your website, 20 to 500 documents loaded into an AI knowledge base, a Claude AI agent with 2 to 3 actions, source citations, an admin portal, audit log, a setup guide and, in Premium, a handover document and video.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website, the documents the chatbot should answer from (PDF, Word, Notion or web pages), 10 to 20 real customer questions, and your Claude or OpenAI account. For WhatsApp I also need a WhatsApp Business number. Never share passwords or API keys in chat.
What is not included?
Guaranteed answer accuracy on topics missing from your documents, model usage fees (Claude, OpenAI, PostgreSQL hosting, WhatsApp), full website redesigns, mobile apps and unlimited development. Extra documents, agent actions and channels are available as gig extras.
