Which documents can you process?

Do you guarantee 100% accuracy?
No. OCR and AI can be uncertain. The workflow is tested against agreed field criteria and routes uncertain or consequential cases to human review.
Can I send confidential documents in the requirements?
Use de-identified samples in the order requirements. Any necessary project access should use an approved, least-privilege method; never send passwords.
Will the original document be linked to the result?
Yes, the package includes an agreed original-to-result reference inside the supported storage and destination workflow.
Can the workflow detect duplicates?
Standard and Premium include defined duplicate rules. The buyer must provide the matching fields and expected action for each duplicate case.
What about handwriting or poor scans?
They are included only after sample testing confirms a workable scope. Unsupported quality or formats may require a custom solution or be excluded.
Are OCR, AI and storage fees included?
No. The buyer owns and pays for provider accounts, API usage, storage, licenses and platform plans.
What counts as a revision and support?
A revision adjusts extraction or rules inside the approved scope. The support period covers delivered defects; new fields, document types, rules and connectors are new work.
